Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return of certain types of merchandise is not permitted. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially appear.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at contact@fuze-gear.com and send your item to: Maxweld-startup incubator, 27 rue Saint-Guillaume, Paris 75007

 



Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will issue the refund to them, and they will therefore know that you have returned their gift. Shipping To return your product, you must send it to the following mailing address: Maxweld-startup incubator, 27 rue Saint-Guillaume, Paris 75007 You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
