Cinemax Description
The Cinemax kit for Canon C50allows you to transform your full-frame camera into a cinema camera.
It is assembled:
- either directly on your camera using the upper and lower wedges provided (see photos)
- either on the Smallrig 5656 cage (with top wedge only)
It allows you to power all the components of your rig (camera, external monitor, microphone, follow focus, etc.) with a single V-mount battery. No more dozens of batteries to recharge before each shoot: one V-lock battery is all you need!
This kit also provides numerous mounting points for your various accessories, featuring 1/4"-20 threads and 3/8"-16 and a cold shoe above and below the Cinemax.

- Switch to completely power on/off your rig, preventing any battery drain
- Side access allows for the use and protection of your camera's screen (whether open or closed)
- Threads on the top and bottom plates (1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16) for mounting accessories
- Cable management compartment
- Modular with other accessories (cable clamps, strap guides, etc.)

Note: Cables and/or accessories connected to the Cinemax must be equipped with a voltage regulator.
